GLENDALE, Calif. -- Did some speedwork up and down the hill around here. Probably about 14 to 16. It was interesting to see how I came to rely more heavily on the form as I got tired. I guess the key would be to try to slip into the form immediately.
Also, as the speed increases, it becomes harder to keep the light foot pound...so I started to actually whip my leg back further and try to land on it further behind me. You can really feel the lean.
