48 Min Run

Ran up the hill on the 4 mile loop and stretched it out a bit around the hood. Awesome.

Almost got flattened by a little car on Vermont and Los Feliz as they decided to run the light after initially stopping. Great weather.

Improved on 13.1 with a 117. Pretty excellent improvement on the snatches at 135#. Useful workouts in that regard for sure.

Tuesday WOD and Fran

Ok effort on part A. Double infers are getting efficient.

Fran time was 44 second worse than in November despite pull-ups being much faster and efficient. Terrible effort and strategy on thrusters. There are some workouts that require a full throttle and I need to be mindful of that.
