Stopped up at Reebok's box here and got pretty well owned.

Handstand Push-ups

Finished the 15s in 15 mins

Couple good tips:
--Knees started caving on thrusters late and I was losing power.
--in hand stand push ups, important for endurance sake to bring knees down in front instead of sides for the kip. Blew out anyway.
