Squat cleaned 195 like it was nothing. Pretty awesome. Getting stronger. Suck at everything else. Need to work on push-ups. Like everyday and weighted.

Got 140 up on the strict press. Warming up on this press is huge. Also, keeping hands just outside shoulder is better than an inch off. Flex the butt.

Rope climbs and then 15 squat cleans at 165. They got downright strong by the end.
