30 Min Run (Push)

SAN FRANCISCO -- PO'd about the Spartan loss and my lack of running, I got out and did it again. But this time I just went down to the Bay and under the Bay Bridge and close to AT&T Park and back to the hotel. Quick and gulldern fast. Impressive.
