LOS FELIZ -- Went out on the little hills out front and did about 12 repeats of fast up the hill and recover back down. Pretty good stuff. Actually, these fast workouts tend to sharpen the form better, I've found. You have to pay closer attention to the form the faster you run.
And I worked on the "bringing to the center" concept on the last few. Really ran from the core and it's true...you speed up quite a bit. Should do more of that.

I've discovered that doing hills is the secret to feeling good. Running on flat ground really is a snap once you get used to the feeling of running up a long, steady incline.
