SAGINAW, Mich. -- Knowing that I have to go to Detroit and meeting for most of tomorrow and then to Ann Arbor/Lansing tonight and Thursday night...and a run coming up this weekend...I knew it was important to get one more good run in before it was too late.
Went out and hit every road in the Baird development and even hit most of the Lakeview Estates (old people) development across the way. Should have been a decent distance. Great weather. Feeling good. Good form.
