LOS ANGELES -- Perfect day. Great run (38:38, 7:44 pace). Saw Vanilla Ice, Young MC, Digital Underground and De La Soul. Got into the VIP tent and had some fantastic oatmeal.
De La brings out Black Sheep. So awesome. Dres good enough to get a picture with me, despite the sweat. Great stuff, great event, great freakin' day.
