4 Miles Speed (A) --167--

LOS FELIZ -- Did the Blvd loop but in a sort of Fartlek style. Really got a pretty good workout. My right heel is tweaked, but legs are really, really strong. There's speed for days in there. The nice thing about this workout is that you see how deep your reserves are...and more often than not, they're deeper than you'd expect.

I don't enjoy these types of workouts all that much, but the benefits are obvious. And in the end, these are probably the most important and beneficial workouts that I do. So I'll be keeping it up. Build that speed, build that endurance. Good times.
